About Us
History in the Making
Steven L. Eaton and his wife Cynthia founded Romeo Computer Company, Inc. in 1994. At the time, Steve had sold a successful industrial electronics business he had started with a partner when he was only 22 years old.
Looking for an opportunity in rural Romeo, Michigan, Steve and Cynthia felt computers and networking would be a great choice since businesses were beginning to build out networks and needed help.
Within a year, Romeo Computer Company, Inc. expanded and hired staff. By 2015, the company had been rebranded as RCC Business IT and was on the road to becoming the best managed service provider in Michigan.

Joe Kaiser has been with RCC Business IT since 2011 and serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Joe is drawn to how RCC leverages each team member's strengths while fostering growth in other areas. Known for his reliability and dedication, Joe continually pushes himself and guides others to reach the next level. When not at work, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing with nature.

Bob Harvey joined RCC Business IT in 2011 and is an integral part of the team, specializing in programming, SQL, and web development for RCC. Bob has a passion for recording bands using Digital Audio Workstations and enjoys watching football or golfing on the weekends. He is also a proud dog owner.
